1940s Vintage U.S. Navy Uniform Top, WWII era Navy Blue Wool Petty Officer Third Class Machinist Cracker Jack Sailor Suit - Size SMALL

Nice 1940s World War II era vintage Navy Blue Wool U.S. Navy issued Naval Uniform top with Petty Officer Third Class Machinist patch on left arm. The back flap has embroidered stars and stripes, the stripes are repeated on the cuffs. There is an original label under the back flap which reads "Manufactured by Naval Clothing Factory 100% Wool, Exclusive of Ornamentation". There is a handwritten name "R.E. VOGEL" and a stamped size "40" although it fits more like a size small. A great naval suit for the military collector or a great costume piece!
