A great gift for the Vintage Gentleman! Beautiful 1960s Vintage Mid-Century Modern Mad Men Era Silver Tone Cufflinks set. This large, flashy cufflink set features large rectangular carved blue glass faces with gold detailing in Modernist faceted silver tone metal settings. The set includes two "wrap-a-round" cufflinks, that is they have a band of metal mesh that wraps around the side of the cuff. The cufflinks have bullet back closures; a torpedo, or bullet shaped, capsule that is suspended between two posts. The bullet can be flipped on its axis to manipulate it through the button holes in the cuff, and then flipped to secure the cufflink on the shirt. The cufflinks are unmarked but are quite well made and in excellent unused or barely used condition! The cufflinks are a large size, measuring 7/8" across the faces.
